The Home Bar, Perfected

These Official Rules (the “Rules”) govern the “The Home Bar, Perfected” giveaway (the “Promotion”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Sponsor

This Promotion is sponsored by Garnish Lab LLC (“Sponsor”), 591 Evernia Street, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. Questions may be directed to hello@garnishlabpb.com. The Promotion is administered by the Sponsor using a third-party entry-management platform, Gleam. Gleam is not a sponsor of, and is not responsible for, the Promotion. The contributing brands listed in Section 7 are prize providers only and are not administrators of, and bear no responsibility for, the Promotion.

3. Eligibility

• Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law, and outside the eligible territory.
• Employees, officers, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor and of each contributing brand are not eligible.
• By entering, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on August 13, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on August 27, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer (or its platform provider’s computer) is the official timekeeping device.

5. How to Enter

• Primary entry: During the Entry Period, visit www.garnishlabpb.com/home-bar-giveaway and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your entry, including a valid email address, through the entry platform (Gleam).
• Bonus entries (referral): After entering, you will receive a unique share link. You may earn one (1) additional entry for each eligible person who submits a valid entry through your unique link, subject to any caps stated on the entry platform.
• Limit: One (1) primary entry per person/email. Bonus entries are earned only as described above. Use of any automated system, bot, or fraudulent method to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
• Following, sharing, or tagging on any social platform is optional and is not required to enter or win.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a prize package (the “Prize”) consisting of one item contributed by each of the following brands. Each brand ships its own item directly to the winner:

• Garnish Lab — Citrus Collection Gift Set (dried citrus garnish set)
• Small Hand Foods — Gum Syrup & Orgeat Syrup
• Spiritless — Kentucky 74 Spiced, non-alcoholic spirit
• Bull in China — mother-of-pearl julep cup & Japanese jigger
• Bittercube — Essential Bitters variety pack
• Quincy — dirty martini brine & olives

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the entire Prize: $450 USD. The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, is non-transferable, and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion) of equal or greater value if any item becomes unavailable. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded. Shipping is limited to addresses within the eligible territory. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

• One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about August 28, 2026, conducted via the entry platform (Gleam).
• The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond and provide a valid U.S. shipping address within five (5) days of notification.
• If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated period, is ineligible, or declines the Prize, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected, time permitting.

Once the winner is confirmed, each contributing brand will ship its respective Prize item directly to the winner. Please allow several weeks for delivery of all Prize items.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s and contributing brands’ use of the winner’s first name, last initial, and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

10. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. The Sponsor may disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Rules.

11. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the contributing brands, the entry-platform provider, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost, or expense arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree that the Sponsor and, where you opt in, the contributing brands may contact you by email. You may unsubscribe at any time.

14. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, email hello@garnishlabpb.com with the subject line “Home Bar Winner Request,” or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor at the address in Section 2, within 60 days after the drawing.

15. Platform Disclaimers

You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and the entry-platform provider, and not to the social media platforms named above. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to the Sponsor, not to Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or Pinterest.
