Garnish Lab is a luxury artisan food brand based in West Palm Beach, Florida. We craft handcrafted dehydrated fruit garnishes designed for culinary use, beverage presentation, home entertaining, gifting, and decor. Our products are food-safe and suitable for all ages and occasions. They are available for purchase through our website (www.garnishlabpb.com) and our Etsy shop.

By using our website or placing an order, you represent that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited from purchasing our products under any applicable law

All Garnish Lab products are food-safe artisan food items intended for use as garnishes with beverages, culinary presentations, gifting, and decorative purposes. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Products are intended for use as garnishes and decorative food elements and should not be used as a primary food source
• Always check ingredients if you have known food allergies or dietary restrictions. Contact us at legal@garnishlabpb.com before purchasing if you have concerns
• Store products according to any instructions included with your order
• Garnish Lab is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from misuse of products or failure to review ingredient information

Products are manufactured in facilities that may process common allergens. Garnish Lab cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact unless expressly stated on the product label.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Prices in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify (on our website) or Etsy's payment system. Garnish Lab does not store your payment card information. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

We will notify you promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled and issue a full refund if payment has already been collected.

Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Garnish Lab is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be unopened and in its original condition
• Requests for refunds must be received within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at legal@garnishlabpb.com
• You must provide your order number and reason for return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
• Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing after 7 days without contacting us

For orders placed through Etsy, Etsy's own return policies may also apply. Please review Etsy's buyer protection policy for additional information.

All content on www.garnishlabpb.com, including but not limited to the Garnish Lab name, flamingo logo, product photography, copy, and brand assets, is the exclusive property of Garnish Lab and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our brand assets, imagery, or content for commercial purposes without our express written consent. Personal, non-commercial sharing is permitted with proper credit to Garnish Lab.

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Submit false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks without legitimate cause
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our website content without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or platforms

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garnish Lab and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of revenue.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Garnish Lab shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, supply shortages, labor disputes, government actions, or internet outages.

Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by applicable law. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
